mcr DOR is a door shut-off valve for fire ventilation systems.

The smoke dampers mcr DOR do not have a thermal release. They are intended for installation in general ventilation or smoke ventilation installations, at the point where these installations pass through building partitions. They can be used as:
– exhaust dampers that remove smoke and hot gases generated during a fire,
– supply air dampers with which a constant supply of outdoor air for smoke extraction is realized.
Dampers:
– mcr DOR / D1 – rectangular, single-flap dampers
– mcr DOR / D2 – rectangular, double-sided flaps
Mechanism:
– MERCOR release and control mechanism type EM24D equipped with a lever-cam system, 24VDC electromagnetic release and drive springs located directly on hinges of the damper partition. In case of damper D1, these are one or two springs depending on the dimensions of the device. In the case of the damper D2, two or four springs are similar.

The smoke control dampers mcr DOR are produced in the following dimensions:
– D1 series – one-wing hatch; dimensions B x H from 200x300mm to 750x1150mm
– D2 series – double leaf flap; dimensions B x H from 400x300mm to 1150x1250m
In addition to standard dimensions, it is also possible to make indirect dampers with 1mm increments.
