mcr FS is a curtain transfer hatch. It is intended for use in vertical partitions to allow air flow. The function of the damper is to preserve the fire resistance of the partition in which it is mounted.
The mcr FS transfer flaps, used in the escape route protection systems against smoke, remain open during the fire, allowing the supply of clean air to the escape routes. If the fire develops further, the transfer dampers are closed automatically, as a result of triggering thermal triggers, preventing the fire from spreading through vertical escape routes.
versions:
– with the curtain partially in the air stream
– with a curtain outside the air stream
types of flaps:
– FS 101 square or rectangular
– FS 201 square or rectangular
Mechanism:
– the mcr FS flap drive system consists of two belt springs, placed on both sides of the flap at its height. Activation of springs causing the partition to fall is due to exceeding the permissible temperature of 72oC in the cassette – the release and control mechanism.
– the damper can be started remotely by means of an electromagnetic release type of current break (Uz = 24 V DC or 230 V AC)
Resistance to fire: E120
ITB Technical Approval: AT-15-6531 / 2004 + Annex No. 1
ITB Certificate of Compliance: CZ-ITB-0879 / W
The mcr FS transfer valves are manufactured in the following dimensions:
– series 101 – from 100×100 to 1250×1016 mm
– series 201 – from 100×250 to 1250×1016 mm
In addition to standard dimensions, it is also possible to make indirect dampers.
Note! The mcr FS flap is available only on request. Detailed information is available from our sales representatives.
