An efficient fan for small catering facilities
Diagonal duct fan in a casing made of galvanized steel sheet. The unique intake confusor is adapted exactly to the dimensions of the rotor, which makes the air is drawn directly on the cone of the diagonal rotor without any turbulence between the casing and the edges of the blades. Before the loss of efficiency at the edges of the blades is also protected by a special profiled ring connecting all the blades and a caulking flow chamber between the confusor and the diffuser guides located behind the rotor.
The JETTEC.K engine was encased with a diffuser profile made of plastic. Its main elements are:
– profiled vanes designed to maximally reduce the turbulence of flow behind the rotor
– a beveled cone equalizing the flow velocity in the entire cross-section of the channel behind the fan
This combination of various types of air stream control elements makes the fan’s efficiency increase to about 50% compared to standard fans with radial impellers.
JETTEC.K fans are equipped with a dynamically balanced plastic diaphragm with an outer ring to eliminate the pressure loss caused by turbulent flow at the ends of the blades. Profiled blades for the least turbulent flow are placed on the conical hub of the confusor, thanks to which the sucked air is directed to the most effective part of the blade.
The drive in JETTEC.K fans is realized by asynchronous single-phase electric motor 230V, 50Hz.
