TD fans have all the advantages of axial fans, surpassing them with the parameters achieved. This allows you to overcome the high resistance of installations created in small diameter channels and trouble-free cooperation with filters and duct heaters. Example application: exhaust and supply ventilation of flats, offices, shops, gastronomic premises, cooperation with domestic kitchen hoods equipped with anti-fat filters, etc.
Construction
Duct fan designed for ventilation of rooms with low dustiness, adapted for installation in a vertical or horizontal position in ventilation ducts with diameters from 100 to 400 mm. The unique design allows you to achieve high pressures and performance at a minimum noise level.
The original design allows maintenance without dismantling the ventilation ducts. The TD fan range includes:
• single-stage TD models are available in standard ventilation diameters from 100 to 400 mm
• two-stage TDx2 models consisting of two single-stage TD modules on a common mounting frame, to achieve almost twice higher pressures compared to single-stage models, TDx2 are available in standard diameters from 125 to 250 mm.
Engine
TD fans are equipped with single-phase (220-240V, 50Hz) induction cage motors (models 160, 250, 350) and single-phase (220-240V, 50Hz) with an external rotor (models 500, 800, 1000, 1300, 2000, 4000, 6000), compliant with UNE 20-113 and IEC 34-1 standards with protection degree IP44 and insulation class of winding B. Motors equipped with bearings. All motors suitable for voltage speed control. Fans with sizes from 160 to 2000 are equipped with two-speed motors as standard, designed to work in two rotational speeds. All motors have thermal overload protection of the winding – fuse in 160, 250 and 350 models and automatic fuse in other models.
