Rotating chimney cowl TURBOWENT HYBRID is a device dynamically using wind power to support chimney draft, additionally equipped with a brushless motor of low power for its effective stabilization. It is installed at the outlets of gravity ventilation chimneys.
Regardless of direction, strength and type of wind, the turbine of the base rotates always in one and the same direction.
The nozzle is mounted on the chimney outlets of gravity ventilation, especially in single and multi-family housing.
application
– for supporting gravitational exhaust ventilation
– when there are air turbulences at the outlet of the chimney caused by its unfavorable location
– with unfavorable terrain configuration, strong and frequent winds (II and III wind load zone)
– when there is no stabilized chimney draft or it is too small
– for the construction of hybrid ventilation systems
– when there is no stabilized chimney draft or it is too small
