Rock wool mat with a nominal density of 80 kg / m3, one-sided bound with a galvanized steel wire mesh (between reinforced mineral wool and reinforced aluminum foil) is designed for thermal and acoustic insulation of high-temperature boilers, tanks, pipelines, flue gas ducts, chimneys, firing chambers and all surfaces where very high resistance to constant high temperature loads is required.
The maximum temperature of the thermal energy carrier is 750 oC.
For mats with reinforced alu foil (AluCoat) the maximum temperature at the interface of wool and foil must not exceed 80 ° C.
